We are seeking a Team Lead to oversee assigned staff who are supporting Iowa Medicaid Providers with enrollment.  Position is remote, must be located near Des Moines, IA with ability to commute onsite for training and as needed. This position is an immediate hire for our client - apply below! Pay Rate: $18/hr Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the performance of assigned staff to ensure program knowledge is up to date
  • Conduct training sessions to evaluate and enhance staff performance
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on team members to maintain performance metrics
  • Provide supervisors with updates on team performance including training, quality, and production activity
  • Foster team relationships across departments
Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Computer proficiency with ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Must be located within a 1 hour radius of Des Moines with ability to commute onsite as required
