Job Description

The Team Lead Document Specialist Day Shift position coordinates daily operational activities for assigned areas of responsibility including workflow management and prioritization, and compliance with company policies and procedures to accomplish performance, efficiency, and quality targets. The day shift starts at 730am. 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and report quality metrics for assigned team.
  • Prepare schedules for completion of work, set, and adjust short-term priorities.
  • Assign work to subordinates based on skills, priorities, and available capacity.
  • Leading at team of 15+ Data Entry operators. 
  • Monitor and report quality metrics. Evaluate work performance of subordinates.
  • Conduct problem analysis to resolve operational issues.
  • Track progress of team goals and may conduct weekly reviews.


Job Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a production environment.
  • Security Clearance: Minimum Active Public Trust or must be able to maintain and obtain a clearance.
  • Comprehension of material handling and warehouse workflow.
  • Must be a team player, motivate employees, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs.
Payrate: $22.61/hr
