Job Description

Do you have experience working as a Systems Tech? Do you have experience with Tier 2 level support? Are you located in Omaha, NE and can commute onsite? You may be a fit with one of our clients!
Pay Rate: $34.37/hr Job Responsibilities:
  • Work with IT department to provide hands-on/ on-site support, testing, and troubleshooting network equipment and cabling and other related systems/equipment.
  • Provide Tier 2 level support.
  • Troubleshoot Windows/Mac/Linux operating systems.
  • Provide written updates for problems in ticketing systems, knowledge base, troubleshooting manual or job aids.
  • Become the point of contact for various software applications and end point configurations for the business.
  • Serve as the technical liaison between program staff and IT department.
  • Supervise onsite IT equipment by receiving, inventorying, imaging, and deploying IT assets.
 Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent with 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to communicate in written and verbal in a professional manner.
  • Strong organizational skills and able to multi-task.
  • Must be able to work in an office environment.
