Join our dynamic team as a Team Lead, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving daily operations and ensuring our team's success! In this position, you'll coordinate workflow, manage priorities, and uphold our commitment to quality and efficiency. You'll have the opportunity to oversee multiple projects based on customer needs, making every day unique and engaging.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead with Purpose: Set short-term priorities and craft schedules to meet production goals while motivating your team to excel.
  • Empower and Train: Provide initial and ongoing training to team members, ensuring everyone is equipped for success.
  • Optimize Workflow: Assign tasks based on individual strengths and capacity, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Monitor Quality: Track and report on quality metrics, identifying areas for improvement and celebrating successes.
  • Performance Evaluation: Collaborate with management to assess team performance and offer constructive feedback.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Propose innovative methods to enhance production efficiency and quality.
  • Mentor and Support: Offer guidance on both work-related and administrative matters, helping your team navigate challenges.
  • Problem Solver: Analyze operational issues and share solutions with affected teams to streamline processes.
  • Time Management: Review and approve time entries for your team, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Team Recruitment: Participate in interviewing prospective new employees to build a strong team.
Job Requirements:
  • Security Clearance: Must hold a minimum Public Trust or be eligible to pass a government background check.
  • Supervisory Experience: At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a similar field.
  • Production Background: Two years of experience in a digitization production environment, with an understanding of material handling and warehouse workflow.
  • Education: An Associate’s Degree or higher is preferred,
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to inspire and engage your team.
  • Team Player: A proven ability to work collaboratively and motivate others toward common goals.
  • Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with high-volume scanning equipment and troubleshooting.
