Job Description

Do you help desk working experience? Are you a US Citizen?  Do you have an active clearance or are you able to maintain and obtain one? Are you located in Wilmington, DE and able to go onsite? You may be a fit with one of our clients! Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide deskside support for any users where a ticket has been dispatched from Service Desk.
  • Install software that is not packaged in SCCM and install printer toner.
  • Diagnose and resolve any problems with the printer.
  • Directed by security removal of devices from the network.
  • Break/Fix for government provided end-user computer devices, replacing hard drives or batteries.
 Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma with 5 + years of working experience.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Active Public Trust clearance is a plus.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Experience in providing Tier II support in a Windows office environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Must be able to work with limited supervision.
