Job Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Organize schedules, manage correspondence, and prepare documents.
  • Personal Assistance: Help with personal tasks, appointments, and finances.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel plans and accompany the executive on business trips.
  • Meeting Management: Plan and execute meetings, including logistics and agendas.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in executive support or event management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and adaptability to new software.
