Job Title: Document Specialist
Location: Onsite – Tampa, FL
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Payrate: $15/hr
Job Responsibilities:
  • Document Evaluation & Remediation: Convert and format documents to ensure compatibility with assistive technology devices, including Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF file types.
  • Document Preparation: Prep, scan, and index documents, maintaining the visual attributes of the originals.
  • Editing: Use Adobe Acrobat and MS Word to edit and enhance documents for accessibility.
  • Tagging: Apply appropriate tags to documents to ensure accessibility compliance.
  • Form Creation: Create accessible PDF forms.
  • Data Entry: Input and verify data from various formats into computer files or database systems.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality document production while meeting established quotas.
Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (particularly Word) is essential.
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat is required.
  • Ability to produce accurate work under production-based deadlines
