Job Description
Job Duties:
- Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using scanning equipment
- Process documents by indexing, prepping, scanning, & post-scan quality assurance checks
- Type information accurately into the database
- Retrieve data from database or electronic files as requested
- Must be able to meet production goals
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED
- Proven experience as data entry clerk
- Fast typing skills w/ accuracy
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
- Some lifting is required (20-40 lbs.)
- Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware
- Basic understanding of databases
- Great attention to detail
- High school degree or equivalent
- Must be able to receive the required government clearance (must be US citizen, have clean background and credit history)
