Job Description

If you are familiar with unemployment insurance and have strong attention to detail, we'd love to speak with you! We have an immediate need for Customer Service Representatives to assist in reviewing unemployment claims. Position starts Monday, 11/29 and there will be two weeks of paid training.
Pay Rate: $16/hour, plus incentives
Position Responsibilities:
Review unemployment claims to ensure completeness of information. Will be reaching out to both employees & employers to gather additional details, as needed. 
Position Requirements:
High school diploma or GED requiredMust have your own computer, internet connection & headsetProficient in navigating computer programs, including Microsoft Office & the InternetStrong attention to detailExcellent written & verbal communication skillsTwo years of unemployment insurance experience, preferred
