Do you have excellent customer service experience? Can you type 15-20 WPM? Do you have Data Entry experience? Are you located in Tampa, FL and able to go onsite? You may be a fit with one of our clients! 

Job Responsibilities: 
  • Managing inbound and outbound calls Collaborating with clients, patients, drivers and translators.
  • Maintain appropriate documentation of phone inquiries Continually look for and suggest process improvements Utilize databases and written materials to look up and provide information to telephone inquiries. 
  • Able and willingness to cross train in other departments.

Job Requirements: 
  • High school Diploma and 1-2 years of Customer Service experience 
  • Ability to type 15-20 WPM Ability to work independently, with or without immediate supervision 
  • Data Entry experience 
  • Strong critical thinking, organizational and time management skills
