Do you have customer service experience? Are you skilled in multi-tasking and assisting individuals through the phone? If so, we would love to give you more details regarding this new opportunity! We are currently searching for a Customer Service Representatives to handle inbound calls and assisting customers with unlocking accounts and resetting passwords. The projected start date for this position will be in December 2022 due to the process of obtaining a Public Trust clearance! 
Pay Rate: $16/hrFully Remote! 
Job Responsibilities: 
  • Will be supporting the internal Helpdesk in helping unlock accounts and reset passwords. 
  • Must maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. 
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. 
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. 
Job Requirements: 
  • Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be computer proficient.
  • Ability to obtain a government clearance.
