Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Managing inbound and outbound calls
  • Maintain appropriate documentation of phone inquiries
  • Continually look for and suggest process improvements
  • Utilize databases and written materials to look up and provide information to telephone inquiries
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Job Requirements:
  • High school Diploma and 1+ years in call center or customer service experience
  • Ability to work independently, with or without immediate supervision
  • Strong critical thinking, organizational and time management skills
  • Successful completion and results of a criminal history check
  • Must be able to attend all training days in full
