  • Answer incoming calls from consumers to assist with any questions from the general public.
  • Maintain documentation of all phone inquiries.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Attend meetings and trainings as requested.

Job Requirements:
  • High School diploma or 1 years of experience
  • Able to communicate effectively and professionally, verbally and in writing.

Payrate: $13/hr
