Are you an experienced Customer Service Representative looking for a new opportunity with a prominent company in Tampa Bay? We are seeking a Customer Service Rep to join our team! We are looking for strong individuals that enjoy working in call center environments.

Position Requirements:
  • Answer high volume incoming calls from members and/or providers in a friendly, welcoming tone.
  • Provide assistance regarding website registration and navigation
  • Documentation of all activities in CRM application
  • Written correspondence to customers that are provided by the company.
  • Asking appropriate questions and listen actively to identify specify questions or issues that the customers are requesting in a timely manner
  • Communicate with other departments as needed
  • Achieve performance and quality standards
  • High School Diploma or GED

Qualifications:
  • Ability to build rapport with clients/customers while demonstrating active listening skills, collecting relevant information, and responding to clients/customers in a compassionate manner
  • 2+ year of experience in a related environment (i.E. Office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job tools
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to with the ability to resolve issues in a stressful situation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask with customers using company systems to resolve customer issues
  • Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system application
