Do you have customer service and inbound call experience? Looking to work from home during COVID? If so, we'd love to to speak with you! We are hiring for a training class starting in early February.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Maintain a current understanding of all procedures in order to provide well-informed responses to incoming inquiries

· Maintain strict privacy and confidentiality

· Deliver an excellent customer service experience

· Utilize databases and written materials to look up and provide information to telephone inquiries

· Maintain appropriate documentation of phone inquiries

REQUIREMENTS:

· 6+ months of customer service call center experience required

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Computer proficient, including Microsoft Office applications

· Ability to effectively work within established deadlines

· Ability to obtain a government security clearance

· High School Diploma or GED
