If so, you might be a great fit for this role! We are seeking Client Service Representatives to support the New York Medicaid Choice project. Position is on-site, must be located near Manhattan, NY.
Pay Rate: $17.25/hr
Job Responsibilities:
-Answer inbound calls and conduct outreach to assist members with accessing their healthcare services-Provide education to individuals regarding their policy and perform enrollment or policy transfers as needed-Assist members with the enrollment/disenrollment process, reviewing forms for accuracy and completeness-Learn and apply New York Medicaid Choice program knowledge when assisting individuals-Multi-task within various computer programs to maintain up-to-date records and submit daily reports
Job Requirements:-High school diploma or equivalent required-Excellent written and oral communication skills-Preferred bilingual in both English and Spanish-Computer proficient in Microsoft programs including Excel, Power Point, and Word-Customer service experience and/or experience working with the public-Excellent organizational skills with ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced work environment
