Job Description
Are you skilled in multi-tasking and assisting individuals through the phone? Are you fluent in both Spanish and English? If you have experience providing excellent customer service to callers, we want to speak to you about this opportunity! We are seeking Bilingual Client Service Representatives to assist callers with questions relating to their pharmacy benefits. Must be located within a commutable distance to New York City, NY.
Pay Rate: $17.50/hr
Job Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls from consumers to assist with general/basic questions related to pharmacy benefits
- Document and maintain inquiries using applicable software systems
- Escalate calls or issues to the appropriate staff for resolution as needed
- Respond to all inquiries consistent with confidentiality and privacy policies
- Meet Quality Assurance (QA) and other key performance metrics
Job Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be computer proficient with the ability to multi-task while assisting consumers
- Must be bilingual/biliterate in both Spanish and English
