  • Oversee the growth and deployment of TPA products (Health, Flex, Transit, Life, and others) for government products: Federal and State David Beacon Acts (DBA), Federal Services Contractors Act (SCA), and state contractors subject to Prevailing Wage Laws.
  • Make phone calls, set appointments, conduct presentations, and create proposals.
  • Create a strategy plan with brokers and clients to speak about medical, dental and life plans.
  • Market medical and ancillary products to brokers and employers.
  • Build and develop strong working relationships with carriers, brokers and point of contacts.
  • Develop new business sales from a wide range of self-developed sources.
 Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma: bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of proven success in exceeding business sales goals.
  • Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Familiarity with prevailing wage/living wage state legislation, Davis Bacon Act (DBA) and/or Service Contract Act (SCA) a plus.
  • Experience in explaining third party, self-insured benefits to include medical, dental, life, flexible spending account, minimum essential coverage, and other ancillary products.
  • Able to create, present, and close on marketing plans.
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be a team player, attention to detail, and able to adapt to changes in the work environment.

Pay Rate: $50,000 base plus uncapped commission  #SES1
