Job Description

One of our clients is looking for a strong Administrative Assistant. This position you will be working from 8:30am-5:00pm. If you can make the commute to North Chesterfield, VA we encourage you to apply!  Job Responsibilities:
  • Utilize BizHub printer with Fiery software to produce final deliverables for clients, proposals, and off-site training documentation.
  • Perform daily production tasks, including file setup, printing, binding, and shipping.
  • Respond promptly to conference marketing requests, which may involve inventory management, packing, shipping, and managing returned products.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory of supplies for off-site conferences.
  • Prepare and ship boxes within specified timeframes.
  • Provide on-site support during off-site conferences as needed.
 Job Requirements: 
  • 2-4 years of administrative assistant, office assistant, and/or receptionist experience
  • High School Diploma. 
  • Strong computer literacy skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Must be able to make the commute onsite.  

Payrate: $18/hr
