Job Description

Do you have experience working in a call center environment? Do you have experience working as the team lead? Are you looking for a remote role? You may be a fit with one of clients! Job Responsibilities:
  • Act as the point of contact expert on all Contact Center programs and systems.
  • Provide ongoing training, support, and real time monitoring of quality Consumer Services Specialist to increase and improve performance.
  • Maintain an update knowledge for corporate and project policies, and performance in the Contact center.
  • Handled escalated calls, including complaints, and escalated calls to the Call Center Supervisor for resolution when needed.
  • Take inbound calls during high call volume.
  • Track and document all inquiries using the applicable system.
  • Work closely with the Supervisor(s) in resolving difficult and complex interactions and/or task.
Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or Associate degree
  • 2-4 years of working experience.
  • Work variety of assignments requiring judgment and initiative.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
