Managing inbound and outbound calls
Maintain appropriate documentation of phone inquiries
Continually look for and suggest process improvements
Utilize databases and written materials to look up and provide information to telephone inquiries
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Job Requirements:
High school Diploma and 1+ years in call center or customer service experience
Ability to work independently, with or without immediate supervision
Data Entry experience
Strong critical thinking, organizational and time management skills
