Job Description
Do you enjoy providing great Customer Service? Do you have experience working in a call center environment? Are you looking for a remote role? You may be a fit with one of our clients! Job Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls from consumers to assist with any questions from the general public.
- Maintain documentation of all phone inquiries.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Attend meetings and trainings as requested.
Job Requirements:- High School diploma or 1 years of experience
- Able to communicate effectively and professionally, verbally and in writing.
Payrate: $13/hr
